Square Deal (“we”, “us”) runs https://getasquaredeal.com. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. Short version: we collect as little as we can, we use it only to email you about this site, and we never sell or share your information with contractors, shops or lead buyers.
What we collect
When you sign up for email updates:
- Your email address.
- Whether you’re getting quotes (homeowner or car owner) or writing them (contractor or shop).
- Which kinds of quotes you’re interested in, if you tell us (for example, roofing or auto repair).
When you visit the site:
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. It sees things like which page was viewed, the referring site, and your general region, not who you are.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots.
We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To send you the emails you signed up for (launch news and, later, tips about quotes). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which topics people want, using totals (for example, how many people picked “plumbing”).
Who processes it for us
- Kit (kit.com) stores our email list and sends our emails.
- Cloudflare hosts the site, provides analytics and spam protection.
They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We don’t sell, rent or share your information with anyone else — including contractors, repair shops and lead-generation companies.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time with the link in any email.
- Delete your data: email hello@getasquaredeal.com and we’ll remove you from our list.

Children
This site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. If a change is significant (for example, when we add new features like our quote checker), we’ll say so on this page before it takes effect.
